Beatrice Wishart

Beatrice Wishart is a Liberal Democrat politician who has served as the Member of the Scottish Parliament (MSP) for Shetland since 2019. She won the Shetland by-election in August 2019 following the resignation of Tavish Scott, and was re-elected in the 2021 Scottish Parliament election. Before entering national politics, Wishart served as a Shetland Islands Council councillor for Lerwick South from 2017.
