Caroline Helen Janette Miller (neé Munro) is a former Shetland Islands Council and record shop owner. She unsuccessfully contested the Lerwick Breiwick seat at the 1999 Shetland Islands Council election and the Lerwick North Ward at the 2012 Shetland Islands Council election.
Biography
Prior to being a councillor, she was a partner at Clive's Record Shop with her brother Clive.
