Sir Arthur Thomas Bennet Robert Nicolson was a landlord and County Councillor who represented Fetlar from 1895 to 1901 and again from 1902 to 1917. He was the father of Arthur. He unsuccessfully contested the 1893 Fetlar County Council by-election.
Biography
He was President of the Shetland Agricultural Society, and frequently attended shows in Lerwick to judge horses and ponies.
