Florence Barbara Grains (neé Abernethy) is a former Shetland Islands Councillor first elected in 1978. She decided to retire from a lengthy council career in 2012. She unsuccessfully contested the Whiteness, Weisdale & Tingwall seat at the 1982 Shetland Islands Council election
