Robert Stewart Gray was a general merchant, and County Councillor for Yell South between 1966 and 1975. When the County Council reformed as the Shetland Islands Council, he continued to represent Yell South from 1974 until 1993.
Biography
He was almost exclusively known as Stewart Gray.
